Subject: Revocation/ review of the role or access or CSI credentials of all employees who are no longer part of the department- Instructions thereof .

This is regarding revocation/ review of the role or access or CSI credentials of all employees who are no longer part of the department. 

2.While processing the action points in the modus operandi of a fraud case in the CSl environment, PMU Division has noticed that access/rotes/credentials of the employees, who are retired, deputed etc., are being misused for fraud. Therefore, PMU Division has requested this Division to communicate in the interest of preventive vigilance the following: 

"CSI has recommended that the access/rotes/credentials of all employees who are no longer part of the department (Superannuated, deputed etc.) should be immediately revoked & review the roles assigned to users frequently and avoid manual accounting entries through voucher posting in the CSI SAP system instead of DoP defined workflow process." 

3. It is therefore requested that the above preventive measure may be scrupulously followed throughout the country. 

4. This may be brought to the notice of all the concerned.
